Terms
These terms cover your use of OpenHealth. Compound Labs runs the service. Using the site means you accept these terms.
The service
OpenHealth is free. It requires no account and has no billing.
The software and site belong to Compound Labs. Public source records keep their publisher’s terms. The service can change or stop.
Public records and medical decisions
OpenHealth shows public records. It is not medical advice. It does not diagnose a condition, recommend treatment or replace a clinician’s advice.
Reports describe the population, procedure, period and entity measured. They do not predict your outcome. OpenHealth gives no overall doctor score.
Confirm current services, locations and insurance coverage with the provider. Discuss treatment decisions with a qualified clinician.
What you must not do
Do not interfere with the service, evade access controls or use it to break the law. Do not try to obtain private data through the site.
No warranty
OpenHealth is provided as is, without warranties to the extent the law allows. Public records may be incomplete, delayed or corrected by their publisher.
To the extent the law allows, Compound Labs is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Ending your use
You can stop using OpenHealth at any time. Browser site settings let you clear locally stored site data.
